Registering with g13 takes just 2 minutes. On the registration page, and follow the steps below:

Login FAQs

On the login page, Click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Use the OTP to set a new password. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. You can also log in without a password using the OTP method.

After five incorrect password attempts, your account will be automatically locked for 30 minutes. Please try again after 30 minutes. If it's urgent, contact us via live chat – we'll verify your identity and unlock your account.

Only one active session is allowed at a time. Logging in on a new device will automatically end your previous session. For your security, avoid logging in on someone else's device.
Deposit Questions
